User Profiles

Users can set their own avatars and cover images. Profiles come with custom fields that users can fill with information about themselves. Users can set all of their notification and visibility preferences. Users can like other users’ profiles.

Activity Stream

Users can write Posts on Activity Stream and Profiles. 3 default Privacy settings for users’ content: Public, Site Members, Only Me. Comments under Posts are nested so your users never lose track of the conversations. Admins can pin posts to the top of the Activity Stream – these are great for making announcements (Brand updates, new product launches, customer service updates, etc.). When hovering over a user name (or tapping on mobile), it shows a hover card with user’s profile summary. Users can report content they don’t agree with or find offensive. Admins get notified about it.

Chat

Communicate via private messages & real-time chat. Every community needs a convenient way for members to message each other privately.

VIP

Award your most loyal customers by assigning custom badges to users. The VIP plugin lets you assign a special icon to users who deserve to stand out. This icon is displayed either before or after the user’s name on every membership list.

Polls

Polls are a great way to see what your community wants (new product launches, changes to the community, etc.). Admins can decide whether regular users can create Polls. Let users create polls with a multiple select options. Let users create polls with a single select options. Polls can be attached to User Status Updates and added to Group Status Updates. After casting a vote, users can see the poll results.
